Ingredients (makes a large salad)
To serve, simply place to salad on a plate, top with the patties and drizzle with the tahini dressing. Optional to add a fried egg also.

I really enjoyed the freshness of this after breaking away from the more winter type meals. I experimented with a dipping sauce too. A good way to use up leftover ingredients in the fridge which I'm all about 🙏🏽
